ESPIRRO – Returns & Exchanges Policy
We care deeply about the quality offered which starts from the moment it’s envisioned until it gets to your hands. If something isn’t quite right, we will do our best to help.
Please read the Returns & Exchanges Policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Please notify immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the damage.
- We will take the necessary steps with the delivery company to resolve the issue.
Undelivered / Unclaimed Orders
If your order is returned because it was not collected, refused, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
- You must request a new shipment via email.

A new shipping fee must be paid before the order is resent.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To request a Return or Exchange, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
- The item was purchased directly from ESPIRRO. Products purchased through third-party sellers (such as Vinted) can’t be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers must use a trackable shipping method, as ESPIRRO is not responsible for lost return parcels.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
To start a return or exchange, please email espirrotattoo@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- A brief explanation of the issue

Refunds
As a small independent artist, ESPIRRO does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All approved returns will be issued as merch credit, valid for 6 months after approval, and usable on any available ESPIRRO merch.
If the item you purchased isn’t the right fit for you, we kindly encourage sustainable alternatives such as:
- Upcycling
- Gifting
- Re-selling on platforms like Vinted, Depop, or local second-hand markets
This helps give the piece a new life and supports slow fashion practices.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
